The Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Program: How to Use the Body Fat %

As is mentioned in the book called the Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle program, the body fat % for everyone, even for those with the same percentage, looks different because everyone burn the fat feed the muscle review carries their fat a little differently. That should go without saying, however, it is important to know that it helps you know a little bit more about how weight loss and body building affects everyone.

When you are working for the best body fat percentage for you the following guidelines will be helpful:

1.Both sexes should aim for the “lean” side of the % range for any area of the chart

2.Do not be concerned if you do not ‘see’ your abs when you reach a particular point in any of the charts available

3.Do not be concerned with people that will ‘fudge’ their numbers in telling you how well they are doing!

4.Body fat testing should not be considered an exact science! (That should have been noted, first and foremost, shouldn’t it?)
