Looking at foods that make you, or more importantly, your body, think you are full or at least not that hungry, is what appetite suppressant foods are all about. When you are planning your “how to lose weight fast” plan you need to take a good look at some of those foods:

Dahlia Roots:  The Dahlia root has an organic substance that is known as insulin. This helps to lower the hunger pains by slowing down your metabolic processes. The juice of this item can be used in much the same way and might be easier to ingest.

German Chamomile Tea: This very popular tea is used in South America and Costa Rica as a hunger suppressant and in Germany, it is called a ‘cure all.’

Spirulina: This has been hailed as a cancer fighter and it has been shown to be lose weight fast effective in suppressing hunger with vitamins instead of empty calories. A study found that 16 individuals used 2.8 grams of spiralina 3 times per evening and lost a significant amount of weight.
